How did you get a hold of my math sheets? I swear I drove the poor man nuts. Teacher: "If the fence falls down and the cows leave two at a time, every 10 minutes, and it takes two hours to clear out the pasture how many cows were in the pasture to begin with?" Myself: "Well first off if the fence falls down the cows will all leave at approximately the same time or not at all." I really didn't like "fun" math.

Absolutely.
Truth be told, all of life is like this. You just have to know which X you're looking for.

Ha ha, give that student an A+ !!
5cm. That was wicked easy!
I use that 3-4-5 right triangle stuff all the time when laying gardens out so I know I've got a right angle.
I know! Some things you learned in school actually DO get used when you're a grown-up and stuff.
Life should be more like that!
And I've got an award for you over at my blog.
I so wanted to do that in my math class last summer. I wonder what the professor would have said if I'd tried something like that?
I just nominated you for a blog award. Come by my blog to pick it up. :)
The guy/gal is a GENIOUS!
I KNEW IT..
