Le French Fractured: Can Vous Helpez?

Dear Friends,

My daughter The Spare must turn this little bit of French into a picture book before bedtime tonight, Sunday. If you are willing to edit it into readable French, please copy and paste to an email, luvbuzzards@yahoo.com, by 5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 6. Anyone who helps out with this will receive a fabulous care package from "The Gods Are Bored," chock-a-block with goodies!

OK, this was produced with an online translation site, so it looks somewhat like what you'd expect a Chinese Communist Propaganda unit to put out. Hope it helps.

It was once, there was a family of dragons in a store of favorite animal. Each dragon was robust with their way. One could launch a large rock with its tail, and another could blow a hole by a wall with fire. They very were very liked because of their force, except a dragon. This is the history of a small dragon which could not make much and was not very strong but had a large heart.
All the other dragons were adopted by the kids and obtained all the attention, but the small dragon did not make. It sat down just in its cage and cried. Some times a kid would come and looks at it. The kid would await the dragon to make interest of something, but the dragon was very timid. If nobody would adopt it.
One day, a little boy on the crutches entered to look at the dragons. This boy was also timid. It became frightened dragons which were robust and large. The boy wanted a friend who was small and timid like him. Hold, it saw the small dragon.
Immediately, the little boy liked the dragon and the dragon loved the little boy. The little boy asked for his mother if it could have the small dragon. His/her mother said not, because they did not have enough money. If they left the store without having bought the dragon.
The boy cried himself all the night. It missed the dragon it had become with friends. The dragon also missed the little boy. From the every day the boy is turned over to the store and gave candy to the dragon. They became better friends.
It was Christmas morning and the little boy is descended the staircase to find the dragon frightened and meeting under the tree. When they saw, the dragon became very happy and made if the boy. They embraced. For the whole day which they played. Then they fell asleep beside hot fire.
The morals of this history is to accept diversity. When one finds it that is different that one does not fear that them or thinks that they are strange. One more learns from the thing, and accepts their differences and takes them in friendship. Because to become friends with somebody who is different have a better exit than to conform.
