I had a "Gods Are Bored" field trip planned today. It was canceled. Now today's blog post is canceled too.
The Heir is coming home from college, so homesick she's weeping. Oh dear.
It's been a while since I've had to deal with homesickness, but it's not fun. The Heir has my sympathies.

ReplyDeleteMy plans to be in the park today were utterly foiled by things that happened last night (though I can now say from experience that there are some amazing people-watching opportunities on the 3 am Market-Frankford Night Owl bus.) All is well, but I miss everyone.
