Depends on the tone. Have you asked your brother-in-law about this couple? Just an open-ended question to see if he is aware of how abhorrent their drunk behavior is?
--KimAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-72990989077426719732013-05-30T15:03:49.413-04:002013-05-30T15:03:49.413-04:00I figured Proselytize is teh best word for the int...I figured Proselytize is teh best word for the intent I tried to convey. Basically, Anne didn't try to enforce her belief on us readers, beyond stating it.
Proselytize:
Convert or attempt to convert (someone) from one religion, belief, or opinion to another.

aka: Joiiiinnn Uuuusssss. :P

She didn't really do that.Maebiushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818255129828936381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-35805432639386453672013-05-30T07:01:37.035-04:002013-05-30T07:01:37.035-04:00I never use the word hate, I might express that wo...I never use the word hate, I might express that word in a less intrusive manner, and I agree to dislike intensely is a better way to get around that fearful expression.Vesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15390020901033513032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-82458310678894584682013-05-30T06:41:20.354-04:002013-05-30T06:41:20.354-04:00Maebius. It's nigh impossible to get through some comments due to over use of uncommon words. Why use a Greek word when a good old Anglo Saxon word would do nicely.
However, I proselytized when I rid my self from the chains of the faith industry. That should fit in nicely too.Vesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15390020901033513032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-34214379414214646332013-05-30T04:54:47.728-04:002013-05-30T04:54:47.728-04:00oops, double negative up there. Those emoptions exist, and being mindful of them is a healthy thing. You admit it's yours, and move on, not not proselytize that feeling.
...I hate when people do that. :PMaebiushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818255129828936381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-59077963071504285122013-05-29T21:46:00.042-04:002013-05-29T21:46:00.042-04:00I always feel like the Goddess wants me to do good...I always feel like the Goddess wants me to do good and I figure bitch slapping someone like her is as good as it gets.yellowdoggrannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14906624317290990109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12171673.post-88074538761963163752013-05-29T18:08:50.513-04:002013-05-29T18:08:50.513-04:00Sounds about right... My favorite bored goddess, Sekhmet, agrees with both of us. (She does get a little pushy about the retribution part sometimes, but we're working on that.)Lucretiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07489662765492879926noreply@blogger.com
